ANNIVERSARY SESSION IPA / 4.7%ABV

Celebrating 7 Years of W.E. Brew with a super sessional IPA brewed for you to be able to sip on all day long! Jam-packed with Waimea, Idaho Gem and Vista hops, bringing fresh hoppy notes of ripe honeydew, papaya, tangerine, pomelo and fruit candies! We crammed copious amounts of these hops into a lean and concise malt bill that is a canvas and showcase for these amazing hops. Cheers to 7 years of beers enjoyed with you!

HEFEWEIZEN / WHEAT ALE / 5%ABV

Hefeweizen is a yeast driven beer. Right off the bat, you'll notice a banana and clove aroma from the yeast, along with some faint bubblegum and vanilla notes. The particular yeast that we chose for our Hefe originated in Bavaria but has been cultivated right here in Virginia and we absolutely love it!

RASPBERRY / SOUR / 5%ABV

Tart like a freshly picked raspberry and also crisp and refreshing! W.E. Brew's Raspberry Sour is a new take on our already popular line of sour ales! Designed as a Wheat Ale to balance and support the fruit, as the beer warms, you'll notice a raspberry sweetness that gives way to a tart and drying finish that will entice you to take another sip. Cheers!

SAUVIN SAISON / 5.1%ABV

Brewed with Pilsner, Vienna, Rye and Wheat Malts and hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. Nelson hops are known for their white wine and fresh crushed grape characteristics. This brew finishes dry and refreshing with mild hoppiness and pleasant grape and gooseberry tartness. Sauvin Saison is perfect as a summer "golden hour" beer to sip on. If you're usually a wine drinker, this could be your perfect introduction to craft beer.

TRIP TO TAHITI / WHEAT ALE WITH LIME / 5.2%ABV

American Wheat Ale with Tahitian Lime that was brewed to capture the essence of summer in a glass!

oktoberfest / Märzen / 5.5%ABV

O' Zapft Is! (It is TAPPED!!!) Welcome the autumn season with a deep amber-colored, rich and welcoming, traditional Oktoberfest lager. First you'll notice its beautiful lightly-toasted German malt aroma. Then, notes of fresh baked bread and peanut brittle will entice you to take a sip. There is an initial sweet malt presence that is warm and inviting and a subtle, spicy hop bitterness follows, keeping that sweetness in check. Prost!

Don’t Haze Me, Bro! / Juicy ipa / 7%ABV

Juicy IPA with huge aroma from being shocked with Citra and Mosaic hops!

westridge / west-coast style IPA / 6.4%ABV

Named for one of our favorite neighborhoods in Prince William County, this straight-forward West-Coast style IPA is loaded with Simcoe, Citra, Chinook and Amarillo hops. Hop character dominates throughout, from the bold aromas of citrus and resin to the assertively bitter finish.

2023 GRAND CRU / BURTON ALE / 11%ABV

W.E. Brew's Grand Cru is an ever changing, yearly opportunity to wow ourselves and most importantly YOU while pushing the boundaries of what craft beer can be. The 2023 Grand Cru is no different and we're ready to push the boundaries again to bring you another remarkable brew at the 7-Year Anniversary Party. W.E. decided on brewing a Burton Ale for this year's batch. This first thread was brewed and transferred into A. Smith Bowman Bourbon Barrels for a long lumber slumber.

A few months later, we traveled down to Rochelle, VA to visit ZD Rock River Farms and harvested over 40 pounds of fresh, locally grown Cascade and Crystal Wet hops! Next, we brewed the second thread of beer; somewhat similar, but in this thread we turned our mash tun into a hopback and filtered the hot wort through a deep, green bed of these wet hops before transferring to the fermentation vessel. These two VERY special brews were then blended together to create this year's Grand Cru! Something old, something new and something blue! The old component being something barrel-aged, the new component is some freshly picked hops and of course the W.E. blue on the packaging!
